Create User
The main company user who has been assigned to the company may
wish to create additional users to assist them in editing/submitting Returns.
The new company user can be assigned a role and they will then have access to that
company only. An 'activation' email with a randomly generated password is sent to
the email address of the new user.
To create a new user, please do the following:

- Navigate to Users and click on Create User button in the Manage Portal Users page.
- A screen is displayed to enter the details of the new user and roles which can be assigned to a particular user.
- Enter the details of the new user, assign the user a role and click Create.
- The system sends an automated email notifying the new user how to access Vizor Portal
- A screen is displayed where the main company user can edit the details of the user just created.
View/Edit User
This functionality allows the main company user to view
other users who have access to the company. The details or permissions of a company
user can change over time and so there needs to be a mechanism to edit the
details of the company users. A company user can also be deactivated from here which
will mean that their permissions will be removed for the company in question.

- Navigate to Users on the main NBFIRA RBSS Portal menu.
- A screen is displayed listing all the company users for that particular company
- To view the details of an individual company user, click the 'View/Edit' icon link corresponding to the individual you wish to view.
- The details of the company user are displayed.
- If you wish to edit these details click Edit
- The details become editable on a new screen.
- Update names, permissions and status where required and click Save.
- A screen displaying the updated company User details are displayed.
